Our Story

Merry Lotus emerged from a simple observation: the entertainment industry has countless resources for launching careers, but almost none for rebuilding them. When a series gets cancelled, a film underperforms, or a scandal erupts, professionals are left to navigate the aftermath largely alone.

Our founding team includes former industry executives, talent managers, and entertainment professionals who have personally experienced the disorienting silence that follows public setbacks. We built what we wished had existed during our own difficult transitions.

Since 2009, we've worked confidentially with over 400 entertainment professionals across film, television, music, and digital media. Our approach combines practical industry knowledge with psychological research on resilience, identity transition, and professional reinvention.
